Teacher comments on test questions

There is no "comments" field when teachers grade tests. If our teachers wish to comment on a student's essay question answer, they currently have to do so outside the test tool -- for example, by emailing comments to the student. Allowing comments inside the test tool would save time and help teachers give better feedback.

The new test feature still doesn't allow a teacher to give feedback on individual questions. Especially with open answer questions we need to be able to explain why they got the marks they did.

This is essentially the same as ITSL-I-1015

We are working on a new test tool where teachers can add comments to question answers when assessing a test. The new test tool will also be shareable in the Library and mobile friendly (and a lot of other things :-).

The new test tool is already available for new customers, and will be default for new customers as soon as we have important features like QTI import and TMB capabilities in place.

The next goal is to replace the current test tool for all our users, with a full feature set and a few extras that we have added based on user input. We'll keep your old tests functional, with an option to migrate them to the new tool.

Please see our roadmap for more info and get back to me if you have further questions:
