Please share your ideas with the community, and contribute by voting and commenting on other ideas – the more votes the more influence! We consider all ideas when planning future work. Please write in English. For support, please contact your school/organization.

  1. As we review all ideas it may take some time before they appear. Unfortunately we cannot comment on all ideas.
  2. Please search for your idea first and vote for it! Do not create new suggestions if they already exist. It reduces your influence.
  3. Unclear or inappropriate suggestions are removed. We may combine your ideas with similar ideas.
  4. We only use the information you share for the purposes of improving itslearning. We want to keep the ideas portal dynamic and relevant, to do this we remove older suggestions.
    • Ideas that have no public engagement after three years, that were not selected for development, are removed.
    • Ideas older than three years and not selected for implementation are removed.
    • Ideas can be resubmitted at any time.

Ability to change wording of top toolbar options

If we had the ability to change the wording of the toolbar options along the top this would be very useful. "Groups" is an area we utilise, but it is not clear to our students that this is actually where we host information for them to access, so would be better if worded as "Information". It would be great if we could manipulate the wording on a site level in order that our college could use consistent and clear wording throughout the establishment. The ability for each establishment to change this wording to something that fits their college would be great, and I think would really help students find their way around the system.

After recently completing a survey of 900 students a common theme was difficulty in navigation - we think this would really help overcome that feedback.

    Agreed here also! In addition to before mentioned, we"d like to change 'Courses' to something else.

    Agreed!  Our staff especially gets confused with all the iterations of "resource" and "plans".  Each of these words is used to mean at least 3 different things throughout a course.
