Allow Institutes to have a pre-assigned account to send all "report abuse" feedback from messenger

Give institutes the ability to have all "report abuse" from the chat function sent to a particular account, rather than the student selecting a teacher.

If this could be an administrator account rather than just a teacher account it would also help.

Currently there is the chance that a student may raise / report abuse with a teacher who doesn't log in frequently, or similar and this could have implications if the abuse falls within a safeguarding remit.

This isn't just an FE issue. All such reports should go straight to the designated Safeguarding officer and should also have a notification to make sure it is acted upon quickly.

I agree, reporting abuse to a teacher that might be the source of the abuse is worrying and I think that the messages should be able to be sent to an individual. Most schools and all FE colleges have a Safeguarding office who NEEDS TO KNOW about the reported messages. This is a necessity for their monitoring snd reporting of issues.
