Mark it more apparent which course is which. Random color marking is not enough. And it don't make it easier that they always changes places. The same course goes again and again in every term. After just a few terms it will be a total mess and very hard to find anything. It happens time to time that I have to look up something in a previous course. Maybe 2, 3 or 4 years behind and I'm afraid it will be teeth clingingly hard to do.

It is also important to see which course the students are, when they are sending a message on Athena. There are lots of courses and lots of students and it takes unnecessary time to figure it out which course the might are from.

    Sincerely

In the Planner, if you download something and it gets updated in the original, you have to delete it and Download it again. When you delete it, it stays in the Garbage for the prescribed quarantine time. My suggestion is that the quarantine time for the Garbage in courses (and mail) be changed so that Teachers can delete contents immediately if need be.
