This could be done before, but in the new version of ITL it's been taken away. Several teachers want this option back (and it also says that it can be done still, which is annoying). This is useful when doing cross-curricular projects, for instance.

Hi, we're currently not planing on re-introducing 'keep student's answer' when copying an assignment.

What is the status on this?

Thank you for taking the time to answer so quickly! Yes, Assignment is what I mean (Oppgave in Norwegian). I can see now that you've updated the pop-up window, where it used to say "include answers and assessments". This was a problem earlier this autumn, and created some confusion. The teachers at my school will be happy to know it's being looked into!

Hi, thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts.
I presume you mean the new assignment tool, and not the Task tool, since you’re referring to student answers. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
I hope you’ll be happy to know that we have a solution for this on our to-do list for the new assignment tool. However, we do a couple of other things higher on the list that we know a lot of teachers are eagerly waiting for, e.g. peer-review, templates in assignments, tighter google and o365 integration. It’s therefore hard for me to estimate a release date for copying of assignment that include student answers.
Please let me know where it says that it’s possible to copy an assignment with student answers, and I’ll have it removed. When copying an assignment we show the attached screen shot.
