Please share your ideas with the community, and contribute by voting and commenting on other ideas – the more votes the more influence! We consider all ideas when planning future work. Please write in English. For support, please contact your school/organization.
- As we review all ideas it may take some time before they appear. Unfortunately we cannot comment on all ideas.
- Please search for your idea first and vote for it! Do not create new suggestions if they already exist. It reduces your influence.
- Unclear or inappropriate suggestions are removed. We may combine your ideas with similar ideas.
- We only use the information you share for the purposes of improving itslearning. We want to keep the ideas portal dynamic and relevant, to do this we remove older suggestions.
- Ideas that have no public engagement after three years, that were not selected for development, are removed.
- Ideas older than three years and not selected for implementation are removed.
- Ideas can be resubmitted at any time.
Company update:
- Rent by private or notarial deeds all or part of the real estate that will belong to the company, at the prices, charges and conditions that the agent deems appropriate.
- Make all tax declarations, Regional Investment center, settle all duties, taxes and contributions.
- Present the settlor to make the deposit to all banks or public or private funds of all sums, securities and securities of any kind; open all bank accounts in the name of the company
- Attend all assemblies or meetings of shareholders or members of companies in which the constituent will be interested; take part in all deliberations, agree on all arrangements, contribute to the constitution and formation of all companies and the appointment of all managers, directors, agents and employees; agree on contributions, fix capital repairs, decide on the head office, grant or refuse all authorizations as well as all discharges.
- Make all declarations, complete all forms, sign all registers, all status, declarations of conformity and necessary forms, define all distributions of capital.
- Make all advertisements in the journals.
- Request all authorizations from the foreign exchange offer or from the Ministry of Finance.
For the above effects, pass and sign all acts, elect domicile, substitute, revoke all mandates and substitutions and generally do what the agent deems useful and necessary.
For the execution of these and their consequences, the undersigned declares to elect domicile in his abovementioned residence.

Hi Michele,
Please let your teacher know that it’s possible to print comments if he/she downloads the Word Online file and open it in the Word desktop version. Word Online, as most online versions, have less features than the desktop version – and I’m sorry to say that this also goes for Word Online. Your teacher is right, it’s not possible to print comments from Word Online. Hopefully she/he has access to Word desktop.
