  1. As we review all ideas it may take some time before they appear. Unfortunately we cannot comment on all ideas.
  2. Please search for your idea first and vote for it! Do not create new suggestions if they already exist. It reduces your influence.
  3. Unclear or inappropriate suggestions are removed. We may combine your ideas with similar ideas.
  4. We only use the information you share for the purposes of improving itslearning. We want to keep the ideas portal dynamic and relevant, to do this we remove older suggestions.
    • Ideas that have no public engagement after three years, that were not selected for development, are removed.
    • Ideas older than three years and not selected for implementation are removed.
    • Ideas can be resubmitted at any time.

Copy ressources within a plan

Within some (organisational) plans, I often re-use ressources and only have to do minor changes (e.g. the date). As for now, I have to open the ressource, copy it (several clicks), go back to the plan, add the ressource (and drag it to the correct position), open the ressource to edit it.


Would it be possible to add "Copy ressource" to the drop-down menu (on the right side of the ressource in the planner view, where it is also possible to delete or hide the ressource)? And then add a copy of the ressource right after it (perhaps adding "copy" to the title)?

    Hi, and thanks for sharing your idea.

    We haven’t planned to add a “Copy resource” option to the menu at this point, but we are working on improving how plans and resources align to reduce double work. For example, teachers can create a plan folder in Resources for each new plan, and anything added to that folder will automatically appear in the plan. This functionality will be available for BTS 2026. Hope you find it useful.
