Please share your ideas with the community, and contribute by voting and commenting on other ideas – the more votes the more influence! We consider all ideas when planning future work. Please write in English. For support, please contact your school/organization.

  1. As we review all ideas it may take some time before they appear. Unfortunately we cannot comment on all ideas.
  2. Please search for your idea first and vote for it! Do not create new suggestions if they already exist. It reduces your influence.
  3. Unclear or inappropriate suggestions are removed. We may combine your ideas with similar ideas.
  4. We only use the information you share for the purposes of improving itslearning. We want to keep the ideas portal dynamic and relevant, to do this we remove older suggestions.
    • Ideas that have no public engagement after three years, that were not selected for development, are removed.
    • Ideas older than three years and not selected for implementation are removed.
    • Ideas can be resubmitted at any time.

Save Time: Jump Directly Into Courses from Calendar Events

One of the most important tools for teachers is quick access to their itslearning courses.

Teachers frequently check their Calendar and Updates pages throughout the day, but currently, there is no option to jump directly into a specific course from a calendar event or the Events section on the Updates page.

Please add the ability to click on the course name within a calendar event or an event on the Updates page to quickly and easily access the relevant course.

Right now, teachers must:

  1. Go to the Courses page.

  2. Type the course name into the search field to filter it.

  3. Locate and click the correct course to access it.

This process is time-consuming, especially for a feature that teachers use numerous times a day. Being able to simply click the course name in a calendar event and jump directly to the course would save time and make the workflow much more efficient.

    Hi, and thanks for sharing your idea with us. We understand that it could be useful with quick access to courses from calendar events. At the moment, however, this is not part of our current roadmap. We’ll keep this idea in mind for future considerations as we continue to evolve our platform.
