Individually Assigning Resources/Activities Merged

It would be great to be able to individually assign an activity or resource to a student or group of students without having to use permissions with folders and/or assignments.  For example, if a student needed remediation on a topic, the teacher could individually assign a video/activity for the students, with that showing up in their task list.  This keeps this information from showing up/being available for students who it does not apply to.
