Fix that users are locked out after some time, witch is very bad users experence.

All in my class are using iPad with Safari. When we find the page for the class on our iPad after some time it locks out by its selv. So we have to log ind severeal times under a lesson, witch is very bad experience for us. And when we press download of files, it alwayes opens an other tab with the itslering page, with seems to be a bug.

Please fix it :-)

Thank you for your feedback! It sounds like the iPads are configured for shared use and the automatic logout set on iOS overrides the inactivity timeout in itslearning. New tab opening at download could also be related to the device or Safari settings. I recommend that you get in touch with your school's IT support to see if they can change the behaviours.
