Develop an option to keep tests open after deadline Merged

We use tests for pedagogical reasons and sometime students have to be able to do it after the dealine that is set. We work with adults and they ave a different schedule so even though we have a planned hand in date it is flexible for students to complete when they are ready. However, now what happens is that we set a date so that the test appears on the start page for students (without a date it remains open but hard to find for most students since it is not under "asssignment to complete"), many students miss it by a day or two and cannot find it. We as teachers have to open manually and this increases our workload and students miss the test and opportunity to practise.
