Sorting and more info for follow-up tasks

Would it be possible to sort incoming follow-ups in a custom way?

Also, it would be great to have more info in the follow-up on the overview like:

  • Who handled this last time?

  • How long time since is was posted (and not been handled) = which one would be most urgent?

  • How many rounds has it been posted back and forth? (If it has been around)

This maybe already exist, but I cannot find it. Sorting and having more info in the list would help a lot in our organization...

I'd just like to add to this future consideration. Specifically the ability to sort it differently. In its current state, in order to clear my follow-up tasks as a teacher, I need to click on each individual task (e.g. an assignment completed) and view it on the "results" page. This removes it from my queue.

It would be great if it was possible to organize this by student, and clear the follow-up task queue this way. For example, view "Sally the Student" on the 360 reports page and see all recently completed assignments that require my follow-up.

Thanks for your hard work itslearning Team!

    Hi, thanks for your idea!

We understand that it can be useful for teachers to get more information for their follow-up tasks. If we add more information, we would probably need a separate page for showing all teachers' follow-up tasks. This is something we would have to research. We will keep the suggestion on the ideas portal to see if it gets more ‘up votes’. This helps us understand which ideas are most popular.

    Thanks, the itslearning Product Team.
