Help shape the future of itslearning


Please share your ideas with the community, and contribute by voting and commenting on other ideas – the more votes the more influence! We consider all ideas when planning future work. Please write in English. For support, please contact your school/organization.

  1. As we review all ideas it may take some time before they appear. Unfortunately we cannot comment on all ideas.
  2. Please search for your idea first and vote for it! Do not create new suggestions if they already exist. It reduces your influence.
  3. Unclear or inappropriate suggestions are removed. We may combine your ideas with similar ideas.
  4. We only use the information you share for the purposes of improving itslearning. We want to keep the ideas portal dynamic and relevant, to do this we remove older suggestions.
    • Ideas that have no public engagement after three years, that were not selected for development, are removed.
    • Ideas older than three years and not selected for implementation are removed.
    • Ideas can be resubmitted at any time.

Please, for the "Exercise", offer the possibility to show the true response just after doing it.

It's better for training. The last version of "Exercise" was better because it had this possibility.

    Thank you for explaining further. This option is also in the new test tool. You can find it on the QUESTIONS page:


    The automatic feedback will be back soon. First of all as an option on each question, but we are also planning to add feedback for each answer alternative later.

    I thank you for your answer. But it's not exactly what I wanted (I'm french and I try to explain it in english). I've tried to do what you advise me but :

    • In the new test tool, the correct answers are given at the end of the test, not after every question. That's a big difference ! With the first test tool, it was possible to have a progress, by using one correct answer to do the next stage in the next question.

    • Furthermore, I'd like to add that I used a lot the option "comment the answers" (in the attach file) and I don't see it in the new test tool.

    Hi

    Thanks for your input. I expect you refer to the new test tool. The options for revealing results, questions, answers and correct answers are there like before, only now they are improved because it is also possible to reveal only the results, without allowing students to see the questions and their answers.

    To allow the students to see answers after they complete an attempt, including the correct answers, the settings must be set like in the screenshot below. (This is when the test has 1 allowed attempt.)
