Participation in discussion boards on the Progress tab in the 360 degree reports

Participation in discussion boards is shown on the Activity tab in the 360 degree reports.

I miss the participation in discussion boards on the Progress tab in the 360 degree reports as a part of the activities. Participation in discussion board is also an activity and should be showen together with other learning activities (e.g. test, assignments, learning paths) on the Progress tab.

You should count it in the same way as you already do on the activity tab but also include when the discussion board have been visited like other resources and activities. It is also relevant to know whether a student have seen the information and instruction by visiting the discussion board or not.

    Hi

Discussions were left out of the progress report when this report was created. I'm not sure of the exact reasoning but I do see challenges in how you should count that. We will probably need to revisit the whole discussion board implementation at some point in the not too far future, and at that point the reports will be part of what we look into.

    Thanks,
    The itslearning Product team
