Messenger service, ADMINISTRATOR watch guard?

Hello everybody,

**Please read and vote**

I was just wondering if any other teachers/tutors/trainers have had any concerns with It's Learning's messaging service (cyber bullying, PREVENT type problems) at the current moment there is no way that administrators can observe what may be, or has been sent between learners. with the addition of the It's learning app, messages can be sent and received pretty much anytime and any place. The centre I teach at does have 16-19 year old's as well as males and females which could cause potential problems with bullying. Even though learners are made aware of the dangers of cyber bullying in E&D many times a learner will not come forward to talk about their problems / experiences.

I think it would be good if It's learning could put some sort of measure in place so that messages can be viewed.

Could It's Learning add the following as an idea, *report abuse/ a problem* button/feature which could be linked to a specific point of contact within an organisation (school, college, etc.) another idea possibly could be a *block this person* button/feature to prevent learners having E-contact with one another, which could also be linked to the specific person again.

Bullying is not tolerated and is dealt with swiftly in the classroom, however with technology it can take place outside as we know.

thank you for reading and please remember to vote.

regards,

Jamie.
