Abgesehen von der Signatur-Möglichkeit ist die Funktion einer Abwesenheitsnotiz dringend erforderlich. Das Nachrichten-Modul ist wegen der geringen Übersichtlichkeit und nicht gegebenen Sortier-/ unzureichenden Löschfunktion unfassbar unübersichtlich und zeitraubend. Am Wochenende und in Urlaubsphasen muss es möglich sein, eine Abwesenheitsnotiz zu setzen, um auch deutlich zu signalisieren, dass man eben nicht 24/7 erreichbar ist, nur weil das Nachrichtenmodul schlecht strukturiert ist. Mir reicht es nicht, die Benachrichtigungen ausschalten zu können, ich möchte auch, dass die Kontaktperson eine Rückmeldung erhält.
