During an assessment, I would like to limit student's access to items that are posted within the course in itsLearning. Could the option to lock a student out of resources posted within itsLearning be added while a student has an assessment open? When the student starts an assessment, the platform could deny access to any other resource posted within the course. It could be an option that the teacher sets when building the assessment.
When I have a live test session done synchronously, I manually go in and deactivate all the folders and resources posted during the class period that students are testing. Then I often forget to turn them back on after the test.
We also have classes that are asynchronous so deactivating things manually isn't an option. For example, this week is final exam week for my asynchronous class. Because each individual student can take the exam when they are ready at any point during the week, I can't deactivate resources for all students -- others are actively using materials to study while some are actively taking the exam.

Thanks,
