Extend time tasks are shown in the to do list of students after due date

For teachers tasks they have to evaluate/give feedback etc are shown for 35 days in the to do list after creating them. Parents have reported that this is not true for students, but that unfinished tasks vanish from the to do list after around 14 days (couldn't find out whether this was the exact time span). That makes it hard for students who are struggling with their work to catch up with overdue tasks since they have to look into ressources and find them. It would be great if the time span overdue tasks are shown in the to do list could be extended to 35 days as well.

    Hi, thanks for your idea.

The task list focuses on what is currently important for students and hide far future tasks. Tasks that have expired will be automatically removed when they are 15 days overdue to keep the list clean. This will prevent an accumulation of old and outdated tasks in the list, and students and teachers do not have to go in and manually remove them. So far, we have not received complaints about the overdue tasks being removed too soon, but we will keep the suggestion on the ideas portal to see if it gets more ‘up votes’.

    Regards,
    the itslearning Product team
