Good morning! I would like to make a suggestion about the messaging feature on ItsLearning. Is there a way that the development team would be willing to restructure the format to resemble an e-mail? The structure would include:
1) Subject
2) Sender (From:)
3) Date and time received (On)
4) Reply-to
5) Recipient (To:)
6) Attachments
As of right now, most of our students use this ItsLearning messaging feature to contact their teachers because they do not have Google e-mail addresses.
Currently, correspondence from students looks more like a text message than an e-mail. It lacks any formality despite our verbal requests. I believe that if ItsLearning messages resembled the typical e-mail format, it would prompt more students to use proper tone, diction, and structure when addressing their teachers.
It's just a thought, but many teachers would appreciate your help, and something as simple as this would help promote professional correspondence . Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Hi
Although we do understand this need, we have no plans to create an e-mail-like message system in itslearning, as there are other providers doing that so much better. On the contrary we have moved away from that and rather in the direction of a quick and easy chat solution for simple instant messaging.
Thanks,
The itslearning Product Team
