Help shape the future of itslearning

Please share your ideas with the community, and contribute by voting and commenting on other ideas – the more votes the more influence! We consider all ideas when planning future work. Please write in English. For support, please contact your school/organization.

  1. As we review all ideas it may take some time before they appear. Unfortunately we cannot comment on all ideas.
  2. Please search for your idea first and vote for it! Do not create new suggestions if they already exist. It reduces your influence.
  3. Unclear or inappropriate suggestions are removed. We may combine your ideas with similar ideas.
  4. We only use the information you share for the purposes of improving itslearning. We want to keep the ideas portal dynamic and relevant, to do this we remove older suggestions.

Calendar alert if collision

Since we try to coordinate videocalls with classes using the calendar we have noted that there is no easy way to find out, whether a student of the class already has an event at that certain date/time. This causes problems especially since students from the same class are put into different language classes and R.E/ethics class (according to their choice at the beginning of the year). Finding out whether there is already an event scheduled for a certain time, you have to search for individual students and look into their calendar. It would be great if when setting an event via the calendar there would be an alert if students from my group already have an event at my targeted time

    Hi, thanks for your idea!
We do understand the need for this information. We will keep the suggestion on the ideas portal to see if it gets more ‘up votes’. This helps us understand which ideas are most popular.

    Thanks, the itslearning Product Team
