support multiple children on a parent login

I’m a parent with more than one child on this system. It’s inconvenient to log off and log back on again to see the other child’s account.

Apologies, but it is still not clear what the problem is here. When you log in as a parent user with one or more children connected through a "Parental relationship", you should be able to see all children from the same account. You should see them both in top menu ("Your chilren") or listed separately when you click on your personal menu / your name. Here you should see the first name of each of your children.

If you are not seeing your children listed like this, then we suspect that your parent account is not correctly setup. Please see the following illustration:

My children are in the same school. We get around this by running two ipads but it seems an oversight that the accounts are defined by the childs name rather than the parents. You seem to need a new type of account for parents...

Unless your children are on on two different itslearning customers (e.g one in a primary school (Kommune) and one in a upper secondary school (Videregående), or one in a private and one in a public school), this is already possible.

It is not possible to have one login across multiple itslearning instances.
