Many classes, Physics, Chemistry (most sciences), Math, Art, and others, often require students to draw/sketch something, or show extensive mathematical work which does not lend itself to the question types that are available. Having a question type where students could upload an answer via a file would increase the viability of assessing all types of student work. In a testing, teachers could now include questions that required students to draw a picture, mark up a map, sketch a diagram, or show work for a problem. A students would simple create the document, take a picture and upload it to the question on the test. This simple option would increase the content in which could be tested via the platform. This should also be easy to add because this option already exists for assignment posts in ITS Learning.

Hi.
Thanks for your idea. When choosing the open answer question, students have access to rich text editor. Then they cad add/upload a file.
