Longer idle time duration for longer class periods before auto-log off

My school uses an alternating block schedule with 88 minute periods. I and my students keep ItsL up and running the entire time, often going back and forth multiple times in a single period as we move from activity to activity. Unfortunately, ItsL will log me and students out of ItsL if the time between visits is longer than the default duration idle time, then we have to navigate back to where we left off. Can the idle time duration be extended to account for block schedules? We should be able to go an entire class period without being booted out of the system. I appreciate the new notification feature. I'm not sure why we don't see every time a log-off is iminment. Sometimes we do, but mostly we don't. Does it also go away after a preset duration?

    Hi

Thanks for your input. We've had some feedback on the new autologout feature, and we'll keep monitoring feedback for a while and consider if we should make changes. The notification that you will be logged out should stay visible for 20 minutes before you are actually logged out, and simply hitting ESC or clicking outside the box should reset the logout timer.

    Thanks,
    The itslearning Product Team
