"Topic" = "Unit Plan"

I'm just starting to learn ItsLearning.

The first thing that threw me off was the term "Topic" vs "Plan".

Can you include the term "Unit Plan" within the "Topic" window?

"Unit Plan" is what most teachers create as the main idea of their "Lesson plans".

This is my 30th year in the classroom and with remote learning as a mandate, we all need to learn this stuff!

All the trainers for ItsLearning in our district, have to explain this mis-nomer each time we have a class.

Thanks

    Hi,
    Thank you for your idea. Teachers can customize plans to meet their instructional needs. To customize plans, go to Plans page and then open your settings. The settings can be found by clicking on the ellipsis in the upper right-hand corner. Here you can change the title of your topic to "Unit plan".

    We can also inform you about an upcoming change to the planner. For BTS 2021 we are introducing a new and improved planner in itslearning. Our goal is to make it easier for teachers to create plans.
