Please share your ideas with the community, and contribute by voting and commenting on other ideas – the more votes the more influence! We consider all ideas when planning future work. Please write in English. For support, please contact your school/organization.

  1. As we review all ideas it may take some time before they appear. Unfortunately we cannot comment on all ideas.
  2. Please search for your idea first and vote for it! Do not create new suggestions if they already exist. It reduces your influence.
  3. Unclear or inappropriate suggestions are removed. We may combine your ideas with similar ideas.
  4. We only use the information you share for the purposes of improving itslearning. We want to keep the ideas portal dynamic and relevant, to do this we remove older suggestions.
    • Ideas that have no public engagement after three years, that were not selected for development, are removed.
    • Ideas older than three years and not selected for implementation are removed.
    • Ideas can be resubmitted at any time.

Add comments regardless of the type of questions in an exercise / Ajouter des commentaires quel que soit le type de questions dans un exercice

English version:

When creating an exercise, it is currently possible to add a comment to a response for the following types: Alternative, Multiple choice or multiple responses.

It would be interesting to be able to add comments to a response regardless of the type of exercise.

For example, when the student answers with a short answer, he could have access to a standard answer in comment and not just the keywords.

For example, when the student answers a question of the Matching type: when the correct answer is displayed, a comment could also appear to justify or explain the matching made.

These comments could accompany each response, regardless of the type of question.

French version:

Lorsque l'on crée un exercice, il est actuellement possible d'ajouter un commentaire à une réponse pour les types suivants: Alternative, Choix multiples ou réponses multiples.

Il serait intéressant de pouvoir ajouter des commentaires à une réponse quel que soit le type d'exercice.

Par exemple, lorsque l'élève répond par une réponse courte, il pourrait avoir accès à une réponse type en commentaire et non uniquement les mots-clés.

Par exemple, lorsque l'élève répond à une question du type Appariement: lorsque la bonne réponse s'affiche, un commentaire pourrait apparaitre également pour justifier ou expliquer l'appariement réalisé.

Ces commentaires pourraient accompagner chaque réponse, quel que soit le type de questions.

    In the new test tool, you can now add automatic feedback to all question types, based on correct, partially correct or wrong answer given by the student. We are still working to add specific feedback per answer in the multiple choice questions in the new tool.
