At the moment, itslearnings app doesn't support Universal Links.
Universal Links is links which will open the corresponding app if it is installed on the device, and if not, then it will open in a browser.
Universal Links are quite common these days.
We have just integrated Zoom into itslearning and Zoom is supporting Universal Links, however the itslearning app tries to load the link within an iframe, which causes it to fail.
All Universal Links starts with a name, in this case with Zoom it starts with:
This makes them relatively easy to identify with code, and it should be easy to make these links open in a new window instead of an iframe.
I hope people with upvote so we can boost the functionality of the itslearning app.
