Allow teachers to prevent students from reading discussion responses before they post

Discussions are more useful if kids can respond to questions first without being influenced what they read their classmates said.

Kids give better responses when they just focus on the discussion questions.

    There's a workaround for this. I haven't yet made a screen recording of how to do it, but if any users are interested, email me at bryan.bennett@itslearning.com and I'll be happy to show you how to do it. FYI - It's a little cumbersome right now, but it's possible.
