Writing a message is currently cumbersome. You either have to memorize the adress or click the "search for users" icon (man with a magnifying glass). It would be much better if ITS used autocompletion. Autocompletion could for example be based on a list with all users that you share a subject with, and activated when you start writing the persons name in the to-field of a new message.
The persons name could be displayed instead of the actual adress (or the adress shown in brackets after the name). With these changes, composing a message would become faster, easier and more intuitive.

Thanks for sharing your idea. As I guess you have seen now ;-) autocomplete was implemented in the new messages system we released for back to school this autumn.
