- As we review all ideas it may take some time before they appear. Unfortunately we cannot comment on all ideas.
- Please search for your idea first and vote for it! Do not create new suggestions if they already exist. It reduces your influence.
- Unclear or inappropriate suggestions are removed. We may combine your ideas with similar ideas.
- We only use the information you share for the purposes of improving itslearning. We want to keep the ideas portal dynamic and relevant, to do this we remove older suggestions.
- Ideas that have no public engagement after three years, that were not selected for development, are removed.
- Ideas older than three years and not selected for implementation are removed.
- Ideas can be resubmitted at any time.
I couldent figure out how to do this and delete old messeges that i dident need for school and i wanted to delete them because it would be orginized.
Agree with Thorleif Bundgaard , this seems to be a ridiculous lack of functionality for users and instead allow for students accounts to be cluttered and disorganized. How can students be taught organization if they aren't even permitted to get organized without an admin deciding who is worthy of deletion of something as simple as old messages?
Please move this option away from Admin, and over to users. It is the users who need this function seriously, it should not be left to some slow IT-management Admin prioritizing.
Hi, it’s possible to delete messages. Please reach out to your schools itslearning System Administrator, he/she can turn on and off the option of deleting messages under ‘Admin > Global settings > Features and security’.
