Mobile app - Add language option

At University College Absalon in Denmark we have several international courses with students from all over the world.

In the webbased version of itslearning we can choose English as their language.

However on the itslearning app, the language is defined by the language chosen for the operative system on the device. This means that in most instances, the language in their itslearning app won't be Danish or English, which is the languages we support, and they aren't able to switch the language from inside the application.

The missing option to set the language in the app will make it harder for us to support and help our international students, as there is quite some differences in the various languagepacks in itslearning. Fx 'courses' is 'rooms' in the Danish translation.

A work-around suggested by itslearning support, is to ask them to change the language of their operative system to English, but this would affect all apps which, like itslearnings app, base their language upon the operative systems language, and be quite an inconvenience for them.

We would like the students to be able to switch the language within the itslearning app, so we are able to ask them to put it in English to experience as little confusion as possible during their education, and without creating an inconvenience for them by forcing them to switch the language on their entire device.
